Kim designed and oversaw fabrication of many trade show exhibits during her ownership of KI Memories. The team attended 3-4 industry shows per year including the National Stationery Show, Surtex, CHA (Craft & Hobby Association) and others. Additionally, the company attended several smaller consumer shows and trade shows around the country each year. Kim’s booth designs were always a talk of the shows and drew many customers and much excitement. She aptly used lighting as both a functional and decorative feature to illuminate product and draw attention to branded displays. Kim designed and oversaw the installation of all graphics in the exhibits, and strived to show the brand and its products in creative, out-of-the-box ways to inspire retailers and customers alike. Her booths were known for their floating acrylic product displays, and “store window” features that rotated with each show, to fit the season.
